By using FormlyAI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

FormlyAI enables the generation of forms from voice input. You are responsible for all content you create using the App, including any personal data you record or collect.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party providers (such as cloud speech-to-text and AI providers). Use of these services may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process content as required to provide the service (including sending data to AI providers).

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FormlyAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FormlyAI is operated.
